


The women’s elite field is highlighted by Molly Seidel, a Cambridge resident fresh off winning the bronze medal in the Olympic marathon, and defending 2019 Falmouth champion Sharon Lokedi is back. The men’s elite group includes defending 2019 champion Leonard Korir, who’s finished in the top three in each of the last five live races, as well as four-time champion Stephen Sambu (2014-17) and 2018 Falmouth Race and NCAA 10,000-meter champion Ben Flanagan. The men’s wheelchair winner is expected to cross the finish line first at about 9:03 a.m., followed by the women’s wheelchair winner. The elite men take off at 9 a.m., and the first wave of non-elite runners will leave at 9:03 a.m. The race kicks off with the wheelchair division at 8:40 a.m., followed by the elite women’s race 10 minutes later.
